Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@merenofficial.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the address provided in our return instructions.
We will email you the necessary return details and instructions.
If your return is accepted, we will let you know where and how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We also strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and place a new order. However, we sometimes offer free size exchanges. If your item doesn’t fit, email us and we’ll see what we can do.
Variant, color, or product exchanges should be completed by returning and placing a new order.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as our warehouse is fully automated. Shipping labels and orders are processed within 12 hours of purchase. If your item has already shipped, we kindly ask you to wait for delivery and then return it to us following the standard process.
However, we may be able to adjust shipping addresses, sizes or variants shortly after purchase. If something looks incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your item upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
Custom products (e.g., special or personalized orders)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
